Most fitness programs are built on the "more is better" philosophy. More sweat, more intensity, more discipline. For a woman who already gives 110% at work and at home, this is a recipe for disaster. When your nervous system is already red-lining, a punishing 5 AM HIIT session isn't "self-care": it's another stressor.

ACTIONABLE STRATEGY: The 60-Second Scan Every 90 minutes, stop what you’re doing. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths: make the exhale longer than the inhale. Scan from your toes to your jaw. Where is the tension? Drop your shoulders. Soften your face. This micro-pause tells your nervous system it’s safe to relax.
Step 2: Find Joy in Mindful Movement
