September Newsletter: The Body Reboot Is Live, Barre Is Here, and Your Fall Reset Starts Now

5 min read

Welcome to September.

There is something powerful about this month. The back-to-school rhythm returns. Calendars begin to fill. Routines get a little more structure. And even if you are not personally heading back to school, you can still feel that familiar seasonal invitation:

Begin again.

For high-achieving women, September can feel like both an opportunity and a challenge. You may be ready for a fresh start, but you may also be carrying a full schedule, unfinished goals, family responsibilities, and the pressure to suddenly have everything figured out.

You do not need to reinvent your entire life this month.

You need a supportive starting point. A few simple practices. A community that helps you stay connected to yourself while you move into this next season.

Here is what is happening at Autumn Chastain this September.

The Body Reboot Is Officially Live

September 1 marked the official launch of The Body Reboot: a beginner-friendly fitness reset designed to help you stop starting over.

If you have ever begun a workout plan with enthusiasm, missed a few days, and then decided you had “fallen off,” this was created with you in mind.

You are not lazy. You do not need more punishment. You probably do not need another restrictive plan that leaves you overwhelmed and exhausted.

You need a clear, practical system that works with your real life.

The Body Reboot brings together:

  • Simple workouts that help you build strength without spending hours in the gym

  • Practical nutrition guidance without restrictive diets or all-or-nothing rules

  • Sustainable habits that support consistency over time

The program is designed as a three-part bundle:

1. The Starter Kit

Build your foundation with approachable movement, simple action steps, and guidance that helps you begin without overthinking every decision.

2. The Accelerator

Once you have established some momentum, the Accelerator helps you elevate your results, build strength, and continue progressing in a way that feels realistic.

3. The Reboot Bonus Guide

Use the Bonus Guide to bounce back stronger when life gets busy, motivation shifts, or your routine needs to be adjusted.

This is not about chasing perfection. It is about creating a healthier relationship with movement, food, and your own follow-through.

The Body Reboot is live now. If September feels like the right time to create a fresh foundation, get started here.

New: Barre Classes Begin September 9

Diverse women enjoying beginner-friendly barre-inspired movement in a bright, welcoming studio

A new way to move is coming this fall.

Barre classes begin Wednesday, September 9.

Barre blends ballet-inspired movement with strength training to help you tone, lengthen, improve control, and build functional strength. You will work your core, legs, arms, and posture while learning to connect more intentionally with your body.

And no: you do not need a dance background.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or perfectly coordinated. You simply need to arrive ready to try something new. Modifications and encouragement are part of the experience.

Expect movement that is focused, energizing, and supportive. Barre is challenging in a way that invites you to pay attention: not punish yourself. You will build strength through small, intentional movements and leave feeling more connected to your body.

First class: Wednesday, September 9

If you have been looking for a fresh way to build strength this season, this is your invitation to step into something new with us.

Community Class Spotlight: Zumba at Post Houston

A joyful community Zumba class filled with music, movement, and connection

Zumba at Post Houston continues this fall on the first Thursday of every month.

Our next class is:

Thursday, September 3 Post Houston

Come dance, sweat, laugh, and reconnect with your energy. Zumba is easy to follow, welcoming for all experience levels, and designed to remind you that fitness does not have to feel serious all the time.

What should you bring? Comfortable clothes, water, and a willingness to move at your own pace.

Invite a friend. Come by yourself. Either way, you will be welcomed into a community where movement feels joyful and connection comes naturally.

1:1 Private Coaching: Personalized Support for Your Next Season

Maybe you do not need another general plan.

Maybe you need someone to look at your goals, your schedule, your current habits, and your life as a whole before helping you decide what comes next.

That is the purpose of 1:1 private coaching.

This personalized fitness and wellness experience is designed for high-achieving women who want expert guidance, accountability, and a plan built around their specific needs. Your coaching can include training, nutrition support, habit-building, and ongoing accountability: so you are not left trying to connect all the pieces on your own.

Together, we can create a strategy that helps you:

  1. Clarify what you actually want.

  2. Build a realistic movement routine.

  3. Strengthen your daily habits.

  4. Adjust your plan when life changes.

  5. Keep moving forward without relying on perfection.

A new season can be easier to navigate when you have support. Limited spots are available.

Presence Group Coaching: Return to Your Body and Inner Power

What if your next level is not about doing more?

What if it is about becoming more present with yourself?

Presence Group Coaching is a 12-week private group coaching experience for high-achieving women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their inner power.

Presence blends accessible movement, mindset coaching, practical tools, and community support. It is designed for women navigating growth, transition, or renewal: especially when success in one area of life has caused them to lose touch with what they need in another.

Inside the experience, you will have space to:

  • Move in ways that help you feel grounded and strong

  • Quiet the noise and reset your focus

  • Build habits that support the whole you

  • Connect with women walking through their own seasons of change

  • Practice choosing yourself without guilt

You do not have to wait until everything is calm before you begin caring for yourself. You can create space for yourself in the middle of a full life.

For Companies: Corporate Presence Retreats Are Available Now

Professional women participating in a warm, connected corporate wellness experience

Wellness at work is not only about productivity.

It is also about creating an environment where people can breathe, reconnect, communicate, and feel supported as human beings.

Corporate Presence Retreats bring the retreat concept into the workplace through thoughtful experiences centered on movement, reflection, connection, and renewal.

These experiences are available for HR directors, wellness directors, and organizations that want to support their teams in a more meaningful way. A Corporate Presence Retreat can be customized around your company’s needs, team size, goals, and preferred format.

It may be time to explore this option if your team is experiencing:

  • Burnout or change fatigue

  • Disconnection across departments

  • Low energy or morale

  • A need for deeper team connection

  • A desire to make wellness feel more personal and engaging

A healthier workplace begins when people have room to be present.

Your September Invitation

This month, you do not need to do everything.

Choose one place to begin.

Dance at Zumba. Try Barre on September 9. Start The Body Reboot. Apply for personalized coaching. Learn more about Presence. Bring a restorative wellness experience to your team.

The goal is not to become a brand-new person overnight. The goal is to take one supportive step and repeat it long enough for momentum to grow.

Ask yourself:

What would choosing myself look like this September?

Maybe it looks like moving your body before the day gets away from you. Maybe it means eating in a way that gives you energy instead of chasing another set of rules. Maybe it means allowing yourself to receive support rather than carrying everything alone.

Start small. Stay patient. Return when you drift.

This is your season for new beginnings, steady momentum, and joyful movement. And you do not have to create it by yourself.

September is here. Let’s make space for what’s next.
