Can you feel that? The air is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and there is a specific kind of electricity that only June in Houston can bring. It’s the season of growth, of being outdoors, and: if you’re anything like me: the season where you start craving a deeper connection to yourself and your community.
I know how it goes. You’ve been running hard since January. You’ve been juggling the career goals, the family logistics, and the endless "to-do" lists that seem to multiply like laundry. Sometimes, in the middle of all that high-achieving energy, we lose the thread of our own joy. We forget that wellness isn’t just another task to check off; it’s the fuel that allows us to show up as the best version of ourselves.
That is why I’ve curated this June calendar with one goal in mind: RECONNECTION.
Whether you need to dance out the stress of the work week, find your stride on a Saturday morning trail, or deep-dive into your foundational strength, there is a place for you here. This isn’t about perfection or hitting a specific number on a scale. It’s about choosing you.
Grab your water bottle and your favorite sneakers. Here is your June 2026 lineup for joy and movement.
High-Energy Dance: Zumba at Post Houston

If you haven’t experienced Zumba at Post Houston yet, you are missing out on one of the most vibrant fitness vibes in the city. There is something truly magical about moving your body while surrounded by the Houston skyline. It’s not just a workout; it’s a celebration.
For June, we’re switching things up and giving you two opportunities to catch the rhythm.
Thursday, June 4th
Tuesday, June 16th
WHY YOU SHOULD BE THERE: Zumba is the ultimate "brain break." When the music starts, you can’t help but leave the stress of the office behind. We focus on rhythm, heart rate, and: most importantly: having a blast. I promise you don’t need to be a professional dancer. You just need to show up and move.
INSIDER TIP: Arrive a few minutes early to grab your spot and soak in the views. Post Houston is a hub of energy, and starting your session with a deep breath overlooking the city is the best way to transition from "Work Mode" to "Me Mode."
Community & Connection: Stryd Walk Club

There is something profoundly healing about a morning walk. But when you add a community of like-minded women to that walk? It becomes a catalyst for growth. Stryd Walk Club is where we slow down enough to actually talk, listen, and breathe.
Join us on Saturday mornings this June:
Saturday, June 6th
Saturday, June 13th
Saturday, June 20th
WHAT TO EXPECT: We meet at 9:00 AM for a guided community walk. It’s a low-impact, high-connection hour designed to help you start your weekend with clarity. We talk about everything: from life transitions and career wins to the latest books we’re reading.
LOCATION UPDATE: Stryd Walk Club has moved to McNaughton Park in Missouri City, 3047 Hampton Dr.
REMEMBER: Movement doesn't always have to be high-intensity to be effective. Sometimes, the most "productive" thing you can do for your health is to get outside, move your legs, and share a conversation with someone who gets it.
Sunset Movement: Trebly Park Zumba

For those of you who need a mid-week reset, our sessions at Trebly Park are the perfect solution. As the sun begins to set over Houston, we gather at 6:30 PM to shake off the week's tension.
Mark your calendars for these Thursday nights:
Thursday, June 11th
Thursday, June 18th
Thursday, June 25th
WHY TREBLY PARK? There’s a unique peace that comes with outdoor movement in a beautiful park setting. The green space at Trebly Park provides a refreshing backdrop for our high-energy Zumba sessions. It’s the perfect way to bridge the gap between your workday and your evening wind-down.
PRO TIP: Bring a friend! These park sessions are incredibly welcoming for newcomers. If you’ve been nervous about trying a class, Trebly Park is the perfect low-pressure environment to start.
Focus on the Foundation: The Core Lab
This June, I am hosting a special event called The Core Lab on Saturday, June 13th.
As high-achieving women, we often hold our tension in our midsection. We talk about "core strength" in terms of aesthetics, but in The Core Lab, we’re looking at it as your literal foundation. Your core is where your power lives: it’s the center of your balance, your posture, and your inner strength.
WHAT IS THE CORE LAB? The Core Lab is a dedicated event designed to help you reconnect with your deep stabilizer muscles through focused, intentional movement.
THE GOAL: To help you feel "held" from the inside out. When your physical core is strong and stable, you carry yourself differently in the boardroom and in your home. You feel more grounded, more capable, and more present.
GOOD NEWS: Tickets are now on sale on my website.
Curious about how to join? Visit my website to grab your ticket and stay connected through the Autumn Chastain Blog for additional "Lab Notes" and exercises you can do at home.
Save the Date: The Presence Retreat

While we are focusing on June, I need you to look a little further ahead for something truly special. If you are feeling the "burnout" itch or if you know you need more than just a weekly class to truly reset, this is for you.
The Presence Retreat
When: September 5, 2026
Where: Houston, TX
What: A 24-hour immersive luxury experience for 20 women.
This isn’t your average wellness retreat. This is a deep dive into self-discovery, renewal, and reconnection. We are taking 20 high-achieving women out of their daily "hustle" and into a space designed for luxury, reflection, and empowerment.
Spots are extremely limited because I want to ensure every woman receives the personal attention and strategy she needs to thrive.
DO NOT WAIT. If you know you need this: if your soul is screaming for a 24-hour break to just be: mark your calendars now. Registration will open soon, and these spots go fast.
A Note on Progress and Patience
As you look at this calendar, you might feel a rush of excitement: or you might feel a little bit of "scheduling anxiety." I want to remind you of something very important: Perfection is not the objective.
You don't have to make it to every single event to be "successful" in your wellness journey. If you can only make it to one Zumba class and one walk this month, celebrate that! The goal is consistency over intensity. The goal is showing up for yourself when you can, and being kind to yourself when you can’t.
Choose the events that speak to you. Choose the ones that feel like joy, not another chore.
I can’t wait to see you out there this June. Let’s make this a month of movement, community, and choosing ourselves.
See you on the floor!
