Hello, beautiful!
Can you feel it? We are officially in the heart of summer. The Houston heat is doing its thing, the days are gloriously long, and there’s a certain vibrant energy in the air that only July can bring. This is the season of abundance, of late sunsets, and of finding that sweet spot between staying active and leaning into the relaxation we all crave.
Take a deep breath right now. Notice how the air feels. Notice how you feel. July is often when we find our rhythm in the "summer vibe", we’ve moved past the initial chaos of June and settled into a pace that feels a bit more sustainable.
But I’ll be honest with you: July is also a "pivot" month. It’s the peak of the sun, but it’s also the bridge to what comes next. In this month’s newsletter, we’re going to talk about embracing the movement that makes us feel alive, securing your spot for our most transformative event of the year, and starting to shift our mindset toward the next big chapter of 2026.
Ready to dive in? Let's go.
🚨 URGENT: YOUR NOW-OR-NEVER MOMENT
Before we talk about our July schedule, I have to stop and give you a serious "best friend" nudge.
The early bird pricing for the Presence Luxury Retreat (Sept 5) ends TOMORROW, June 30!
If you have been hovering over the "Register" button, waiting for a sign, or telling yourself you’ll deal with it "later", this is your sign. Tomorrow, the price goes up, and the opportunity to save on this immersive, 24-hour transformation disappears.

The Presence Retreat is not just a getaway; it’s a dedicated space for 20 high-achieving women to unplug from the noise and reconnect with their inner power. We are talking about luxury, spa-like renewal, deep community, and high-performance strategy that will set the tone for your entire fall season.
Do not let this window close. You deserve to invest in yourself at the best possible rate.

JULY MOVEMENT: DANCE, SWEAT, AND SHINE
We aren't letting the heat stop us; we’re just moving smarter! This month, I’m bringing the energy to some of my favorite spots in the city. Whether we’re dancing under the city lights at POST Houston or catching the evening breeze at Trebly Park, I want to see you there.
Movement is the quickest way to shift your energy. If you’ve been feeling a little stagnant or overwhelmed by your "to-do" list, come shake it off with us. There is something truly magical about a group of women moving in unison, letting go of expectations, and just being in their bodies.
Here is where you can find me this month:
July 2 , Zumba at POST Houston
July 9 , Zumba at Trebly Park (6:30 PM)
July 16 , Zumba at Trebly Park (6:30 PM)
July 21 , Zumba at POST Houston

Note: Please check the Events Page for any last-minute weather updates or location specifics!

Quick Tip for July Movement:
HYDRATE LIKE IT’S YOUR JOB. With this heat, your body needs more than just plain water. Add some electrolytes (a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon works wonders!) to keep your energy levels steady while you’re out there crushing your goals.
THE SUMMER PIVOT: PREPARING FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
I know, I know: it feels like we just got summer started! Why are we talking about fall already?
Think of it this way: Summer is your preparation season.
Often, we treat summer as a time to "check out" completely, only to hit September feeling frazzled, behind, and disconnected from our goals. But what if you used the rest of July and August to build the foundation for your most intentional fall yet?
The "Back to School" energy isn't just for kids. It’s a natural transition point for all of us. It’s a time to ask:
What do I want the final months of 2026 to look like?
Who do I need to become to handle the transitions coming my way?
What habits can I start nourishing NOW so they are second nature by September?

How to Start Your Transition Mindset:
REFLECT ON THE JOY: What has felt best about your summer so far? Is it the extra light? The slower mornings? Identify what’s working and decide how you can carry a piece of that "summer ease" into your busier fall schedule.
SET GENTLE GOALS: Don't wait until the New Year to pivot. Set one or two small, manageable goals for the next 30 days. Maybe it’s drinking more water, or maybe it’s committing to one Zumba class a week.
AUDIT YOUR ENERGY: Look at your calendar for the coming months. Where are the potential burn-out zones? Start planning your boundaries now.
Remember, progress takes time, and perfection is never the objective. The goal is to move forward with a sense of purpose and self-compassion.
BEYOND THE WORKOUT: PRESENCE GROUP COACHING
If you’re reading this and thinking, "Autumn, I want more than just a weekly dance class. I want a complete lifestyle shift," then my Presence Group Coaching is exactly where you need to be.
This is a private, 12-week journey designed specifically for high-achieving women who are navigating life transitions and looking to reconnect with themselves. We don't just talk about fitness; we dive deep into the whole person: your mindset, your power, and your joy.
In this group, community feels like family. You’ll be surrounded by women who "get it": who are juggling the demands of life while striving to choose themselves first. We provide the strategy, the accountability, and the safe space you need to thrive.

If you are ready to stop just "getting through" your days and start living them with presence and power, let’s talk.

NEW: 1:1 FITNESS COACHING — JUST YOU & ME
Maybe you’re craving something more personalized right now. Maybe group energy feels amazing, but what you really need is focused, one-on-one support that meets you exactly where you are. If that’s you, I want you to know: I am officially accepting 1:1 Fitness Coaching clients.
This is for the high-achieving woman who is tired of guessing. Tired of trying to piece together a plan on your own. Tired of starting over every Monday. You do not need more noise. You need a coach who sees the full picture and helps you build a strategy that actually fits your life, your body, and your goals.
As your go-to personal trainer in Houston, I bring more than workouts to the table. You get personalized attention, real accountability, and a coaching experience designed to help you move with confidence, consistency, and joy. Together, we focus on what works for you so your fitness journey feels supportive, sustainable, and powerful.
What 1:1 Coaching Can Look Like:
PERSONALIZED STRATEGY: A fitness approach tailored to your goals, your season of life, and your energy.
ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION: Direct support, honest feedback, and a space where you do not have to perform or figure it all out alone.
REAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Consistent check-ins and guidance to help you stay committed, even when life gets full.
SUSTAINABLE PROGRESS: No extremes. No pressure to be perfect. Just a clear path forward that helps you feel stronger in every sense.
Here’s the truth: I keep my 1:1 coaching roster intentionally limited so every client gets the care, attention, and strategy she deserves. That means spots are limited, and once they’re filled, they’re filled.
So ask yourself: have you been waiting for the "right time" to finally choose yourself? This could be it.
If you’re ready for a coaching experience that is personal, empowering, and built around you, let’s connect.

A FINAL NOTE OF ENCOURAGEMENT
As we move through the rest of this month, I want to remind you to be patient with yourself. Life transitions: even the seasonal ones: can be a lot to handle. You don't have to have it all figured out by July 31st.
Just focus on the next right step. Whether that's grabbing your retreat ticket before tomorrow's deadline, showing up for a Thursday evening Zumba class, or simply taking five minutes to breathe and journal tonight: every small action counts.
I am so grateful to be on this journey with you. Let’s make the rest of July absolutely unforgettable!
With love and movement,
Autumn Chastain
